At Tropical Goddess Salon, we take immense pride in providing exceptional services and experiences to our esteemed clients. To maintain the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and quality, we have established the following policies:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and our team of stylists, we kindly request a 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Rescheduling after 48 hours may incurr on a 50% fee. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • We value your time, and we promise to honor your appointments promptly. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full service. In the event that you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your service may be shortened to respect the appointments of other valued clients. After 15 minutes, the no show fee will be applied and the appointment would be canceled. After paying the fee, the appointment can be rescheduled.

  • Your time is precious, and so is ours. In the event of a "no-show" appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to apply the full cost of service scheduled no-show fee. We understand that emergencies can happen. Please communicate with us if you are unable to make your appointment.

  • To maintain a serene and peaceful atmosphere for all our clients, we kindly request that you do not bring extra guests or pets to your appointment. We want to provide you with an uninterrupted and indulgent experience during your time with us.

  • At Tropical Goddess Salon, we are committed to fostering a respectful and comfortable environment for both our clients and our team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior or language, causing discomfort or harm to others.

  • We accept various forms of payment to cater to your convenience. These include credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For any specific questions about accepted payment methods, please feel free to inquire when booking your appointment.

  • Your health and safety, as well as that of our staff, are of utmost importance to us. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented stringent sanitation and safety measures in line with the guidelines provided by health authorities. We kindly request that you adhere to any safety protocols and guidelines during your visit. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or feel unwell.

  • Please use our book now link to go directly into our online booking where you can check availability and see what works best with your schedule.

  • We do not accept walk ins.

  • I charge a fee of 100% of the service scheduled for any no shows as well as a 50% fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment before rescheduling.

  • After filling out a consultation form, we will be able to give a time estimate for the service requested as each has different time lengths. We kindly ask you come in with no time restrictions on the day of your appointment to avoid being rushed.

Pricing & Payment FAQ

  • Our starting prices are attached in our service menu page. We offer package pricing on most of our services. For an exact quote please fill out a consultation form.

  • We charge an extra $27 for additional product/time we may use to complete the look.

  • We accept cash, most debit and credit cards and Apple Pay.

  • Yes, and also by using our booking website, gift cards section.

Educator-related FAQ

  • Yvanna Cosme, who is our main service provider is the educator for Vip classes and for associates. She has been trained by Redken and Summit Salons to become a salon educator and brand artist. She counts with 2 years of experience as an educator.

  • Each class will have a specific topic. Some are: social media marketing, photography and editing and lived in foilyage techniques.

  • Once the education calendar is up, prospects will be prompted to enroll through social media! Make sure to follow our instagram.

  • All VIP classes include a certificate of completion.
